Comsure is broadband cover. It's installed in your house with hardware that we supply and that we monitor so we know when your broad band is down – and when it is, we leap into action and keep it all going - all of it. ComSure cover even includes non-payment to your service provider.

We run our service via an app and through an online portal (you'll need to register, but it's simple to do). Our Comsure hardware is sent to you by post and should you need it we can offer you help installing it with one of our local IT Gurus (and our Gurus have promised not leave the premises until you say that they can). To get a Guru, you'll need to go through our email ticketing system, and once we've received your email ticket, we'll deal with it on the same working day. All of our service support team are UK-based so there are no time-zone challenges or other issues, minimising frustrations for both you and us.
